We have a vacancy for a dynamic and keen individual to be the caretaker/cleaner for the Langley Pavilion, Lindisfarne Road, Eye.

Duties include:

• Being the main key holder.
• Open/closing the pavilion when required.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness inside and outside.
• Cleaning all showers and toilet.
• Ensuring that supplies of all cleaning materials are maintained and ordered via the Parish Clerk.
• Liaising with the Parish Clerk regarding bookings and any issues.
• Communicating with individuals/groups hiring the building.
• Completing any remedial work needed.

The role is a part-time position of approx 7 hours per week with wages in line with the national minimum wage. Previous experience helpful but not necessary as an induction will be given.
